Terms & Conditions – Shenll HRMS

Welcome to Shenll HRMS. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Shenll HRMS platform, websites, applications, software, and related services. By accessing or using Shenll HRMS, organizations and users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Use of Services

Shenll HRMS provides cloud-based workforce management and Human Resource Management System (HRMS) services intended for business and organizational use. Customers may use the platform to manage employee operations, attendance, payroll, leave management, recruitment, projects, tasks, reporting, and related workflows according to their subscription plans and configured modules. Users agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Account Responsibilities

Customers and authorized users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of login credentials, administrative access, and organizational accounts. Organizations are responsible for managing user permissions, account access, approval structures, and internal operational controls.

Users must not:

  • Share credentials improperly
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Disrupt platform operations
  • Upload malicious content
  • Misuse platform features
  • Use the platform for unlawful activities

Shenll HRMS reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access in cases of misuse, operational risk, legal concerns, or violations of these Terms.

Subscription & Billing

Access to certain features or services may require active subscriptions, paid plans, or commercial agreements. Pricing, billing cycles, renewal terms, feature availability, and service scope may vary depending on selected plans and contractual arrangements. Organizations are responsible for timely payments, subscription management, and ensuring authorized usage aligns with purchased plans. Failure to maintain active subscriptions may result in restricted access, suspension, or service limitations.

Data & Customer Content

Customer organizations retain ownership of organizational and employee data uploaded into Shenll HRMS. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal authority and necessary permissions to upload, manage, process, and store information within the platform. Shenll HRMS processes customer data according to operational requirements, customer instructions, applicable laws, and platform functionality as described in our Privacy Policy.

Customers remain responsible for:

  • Accuracy of uploaded information
  • Internal approval processes
  • Employee notifications
  • Compliance with employment and privacy laws

Intellectual Property

Shenll HRMS, including its software, design systems, branding, interfaces, workflows, content, features, logos, graphics, and underlying technology, remains the intellectual property of Shenll or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Customers and users may not:

  • Copy or reproduce platform software
  • Reverse engineer systems
  • Resell unauthorized access
  • Create derivative products
  • Misuse branding or proprietary materials

Limited usage rights are granted solely for authorized business usage under active subscriptions.

Platform Availability

While Shenll HRMS works to maintain reliable platform access and operational continuity, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Platform access may occasionally be affected by maintenance activities, infrastructure updates, security incidents, third-party service disruptions, internet or hosting failures, and operational limitations. Features, modules, integrations, or services may evolve, change, or be discontinued over time.

Third-Party Services

Shenll HRMS may integrate with third-party services, providers, or platforms including communication tools, cloud providers, authentication systems, analytics platforms, or external applications. Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and operational practices. Shenll HRMS is not responsible for third-party systems or services outside our direct operational control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shenll HRMS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-related damages arising from platform usage, operational interruptions, data loss, service disruptions, unauthorized access, customer-side security failures, or third-party service issues. Customers remain responsible for internal operational decisions, compliance obligations, and business continuity practices.

Termination & Suspension

Shenll HRMS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services in situations including violation of these Terms, non-payment, security risks, fraudulent activity, operational abuse, or legal/regulatory concerns. Customers may discontinue usage according to applicable subscription agreements and operational processes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable within the operational jurisdiction of Shenll HRMS unless otherwise specified in separate contractual agreements.

Changes to Terms

Shenll HRMS may update or modify these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, technical, or business changes. Updated versions will be published on the official website with revised effective dates. Continued use of the platform following updates may constitute acknowledgment of the revised Terms.
